AMOREA HAIR – RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

 

 

At Amorea, every unit is hand-crafted with love & care.

Because our wigs are custom-made and made-to-order, we do not accept returns or refunds once an order has been placed and production has started.

 

Please read carefully before purchasing 🤍

 

Custom Wigs / Pre-orders

 
All custom orders are final sale.

Every unit is made specifically for you, to your chosen size, length, lace type, and style – therefore returns, exchanges or cancellations are not available after purchase.

 

Ready To Ship Wigs

 

We do accept returns on “Ready To Ship” wigs only if:

 

  • They have NOT been worn

  • Lace has NOT been cut

  • Hair has NOT been altered/washed/coloured/straightened/curled

  • You contact us within 3 days of receiving the item

 

 

Buyer is responsible for return shipping, and item must be returned in original packaging. Once inspected and passed quality check, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

 

Quality Check

 

Before any unit leaves us – we film and photograph every wig for proof of quality & condition.

If you receive your wig and believe there’s an issue, please contact us within 48 hours with clear photos/videos so we can help.

 

Wrong Wig Received

 

If WE have made a mistake (wrong length, wrong unit etc.), we will cover the return shipping and correct the order.

 

Hygiene & Safety

 

Due to hygiene reasons – wigs that have been worn, styled, or altered in any way cannot be returned.

 

 

Payment Plans

 

Deposits, payment plans and Klarna/Pay-In-3 orders are non-refundable once placed.
